BULLETTIN FROM TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR Throughout our sales process it has been made very clear that supporters purchasing through our website and Ticket Office for this match needed to have been registered on our database by December 15 2014. This restriction is in place at the request of the police to ensure that segregation is maintained and to prevent any issues occurring on the evening of the match. We can confirm that a small number of supporters were identified as having purchased tickets despite not being entitled to do so for the match this Thursday. These people were all contacted last week and advised that they have had their ticket cancelled and money refunded in full.  Additionally, anyone purchasing tickets also agrees to our Terms and Conditions of sale. One of these is that tickets purchased from Tottenham Hotspur are for home supporters only and anyone supporting the visiting team will be refused entry. Any tickets purchased by people who were registered on our database before December 15 2014 will remain valid for the match. However, any supporters found to be supporting Fiorentina who are sat in home supporter areas in the stadium may be removed from the stadium.  

COMUNICATO UFFICIALE DALLA SOCIETA’ TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR (Traduzione) Attraverso le nostre procedure di vendita è stato chiarito che i sostenitori che hanno acquistato tagliandi per questa partita attraverso il nostro sito web e attraverso la nostra biglietteria dovevano essere registrati nel nostro database entro il 15 Dicembre 2014. Questa restrizione è stata implementata su richiesta della Polizia locale per assicurare la separazione delle tifoserie e per prevenire qualsiasi problematica la sera dell’incontro. Possiamo confermare di avere già identificato un piccolo numero di tifosi che hanno acquistato i biglietti nonostante non avessero i requisiti per farlo. Queste persone sono già state contattate e avvisate che il loro biglietto è stato annullato e che quanto speso sarà interamente rimborsato. Inoltre, chiunque acquisti biglietti automaticamente accetta i Termini e le Condizioni di vendita della nostra Società. Una di queste condizioni di vendita è che i biglietti acquistati dal Tottenham Hotspur sono riservati ai tifosi della squadra di casa e a chiunque supporti la squadra ospite non verrà concesso di entrare allo stadio. I biglietti per questa gara acquistati da persone registrate nel nostro database prima del 15 dicembre u.s. saranno validi, ma qualunque tifoso seduto nei settori destinati ai tifosi di casa che venga identificato come supporter della Fiorentina potrà essere estromesso dallo Stadio.
